About The Role

This is an operations‑led position on the Platform team. Responsibilities involve day‑to‑day work on AWS, infrastructure‑as‑code, CI/CD, observability, and on‑call rotation.

Automation is a core focus: tools are written in Go to avoid duplicate runbooks. Infrastructure is defined with Terraform and Terramate through Atlantis. Workloads run on EKS with Karpenter and Fargate, deployed via ArgoCD. Observability is built with Grafana, Loki, Tempo, and Prometheus‑compatible metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong problem‑solving skills for ambiguous, complex incidents.
• Several years of hands‑on operations on production AWS and Kubernetes environments with genuine on‑call ownership.
