Senior Social Work Manager



We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Work Manager to lead high‑impact safeguarding, child protection, and psychosocial services in a complex service environment.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary social work team

Oversee high‑risk cases, safeguarding, and statutory compliance

Drive MERL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning) and evidence‑based practice

Strengthen governance, quality assurance, and risk management

Build stakeholder partnerships to enhance community impact



Requirements:

Master’s in social work (preferred)

15+ years’ experience, including senior leadership

SACSSP registration (in good standing)

Strong expertise in child protection, compliance, and programme management
