As a Senior Social Worker, you’ll supervise colleagues, guiding and supporting them to grow in their roles and making sure the quality of our work is the best that it can be. The Preparing for Adulthood Team supports young people with additional needs as they move from childhood into adult life. Working with those aged 14–25 as they navigate key milestones such as education, employment, independent living, health, and community participation.
