This is not a typical social work role.
You will be responsible for shaping and leading a specialised social work function in vision impairment, working at the intersection of clinical practice, rehabilitation, and multidisciplinary care. The role requires both deep casework expertise and the ability to guide / work with a team of social workers and trainers in delivering integrated, person‑centred rehabilitation.
You will play a critical role in supporting persons with visual impairment (PVI) and their caregivers as they navigate adjustment, identity, independence, and community reintegration.
