Position Description:
o Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, and UI policies on the ServiceNow platform.
o Customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Incident/Problem/Change Management.
o Design and implement automation and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and mid-server configurations.
o Participate in requirements gathering and solution design with business analysts and stakeholders.
o Implement and maintain client scripts, UI scripts, UI actions, and script includes.
o Support platform upgrades, patching, and feature releases in coordination with the ServiceNow roadmap.
o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.
o Create and maintain documentation related to configurations, customizations, and processes.
