Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of our Enterprise self‑service portals, driving architecture decisions, code quality, and the team’s transition toward modern, AI‑assisted development practices.
• Lead technical direction and architecture for our Enterprise Portals, ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions across frontend and BFF layers.
• Drive the modernisation of the portal from legacy systems toward a spec‑driven, component‑based development model.
• Mentor and support fellow engineers, setting standards for code quality, testing, and AI‑assisted development workflows.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless self‑service experiences.

Qualifications
