JOB SUMMARY Accountable for the overall success of daily kitchen operations at Gordon Ramsay
Bar & Grill. Demonstrates strong culinary expertise by actively participating in
food preparation while leading and motivating the kitchen team. Manages all
food-related functions with a focus on delivering consistently high-quality
products. Continuously drives improvements in guest satisfaction and employee
engagement while adhering to operating budget requirements. Oversees all kitchen
areas to ensure operational excellence, strict compliance with sanitation and
food safety standards, and the ongoing development and performance management of
all team members, including direct reports. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience • High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and
