We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
Job Purpose
Support to develop and administer HR Administration/Shared Services processes to deliver best in class HR services, products and systems in line with business needs, HR Shared Services plans, service quality standards and budgets.
Your tasks
- Administer assigned HR Administration/Shared Services processes by setting appropriate delivery/ quality standards and timelines
- Check for patterns of errors/ repetitive issues and rectify the same, else escalate complex issues for resolution
- Support other team members on recurring errors and issues related to specific assigned HR service
- Maintain reports and data related to assigned HR service as per set standards and guidelines
- Gather inputs and feedback from HR partners and employees on HR services rendered or needed and share with Supervisor.
