The Senior Staff Product Designer will drive the design of innovative, user-centered experiences across Epsilon's global advertising and marketing technology platforms. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and broad organizational influence, you'll define the approach to the most significant and complex design challenges, navigating deep ambiguity, shaping product direction, and delivering solutions that hold up across a shared platform used by many teams. You bring a modern design sensibility that embraces AI as a tool for accelerating ideation and validation, while applying the rigor and systems thinking required at scale.
