About the role

Tide is hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the architecture of our agentic platform.

You will shape the shared capabilities that allow AI systems to operate safely, reliably, and at scale across Tide. That includes context, orchestration, tool execution, trust controls, observability, and evaluation. You will participate in key build versus buy decisions, integrate external components where they accelerate us, and ensure we own the parts that matter most for Tide’s trust, data advantage, and long‑term platform leverage.
