Job Description

**Job Scope:**
Responsible for executing customs compliance activities for India operations, ensuring adherence to local and global trade regulations. Support the establishment of export control framework and compliance with U.S. re-export regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Ensure compliance with Indian customs regulations for all import transactions, including valuation, classification, and documentation accuracy.
+ Coordinate with customs brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate import declarations.
+ Assist in developing and implementing trade compliance processes, including screening and classification of goods and technology.
+ Support the setup of export control framework and address U.S. re-export control requirements.
