Responsibilities

• Initiate/ organize the preparation of market survey data.
• Assist and guide the preparation of tender plan for long lead items to ensure that awards meet project deliverables.
• Review and ensure that the preparation of tender documents is correct, complete and comply with Company guidelines prior issuance.
• Organize and ensure that the quotation exercises are approved within schedule to meet project deliverables.
• Organize and lead the tender negotiation for all long lead items.
• Assist superior in coordinating procurement activities.
• Coordinate data collection for development and identification of PA/PL to maximize cost saving.
• Prepare comprehensive and concise management reporting for Company.
• Ensure that subcontract discipline team follows approved strategies and procedures.
• Ensure that all client requirements flow down into lower levels of the subcontract supply chain. <...
