A leading manufacturer serving aerospace, defense, and industrial markets is seeking a **Senior Supply Chain Manager** to lead all aspects of supply chain operations, including S&OP, procurement, materials management, inventory control, supplier performance, and team development.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead and optimize the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
+ Manage procurement, materials planning, inventory, and supplier performance.
+ Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
+ Partner with operations, engineering, program management, and finance to support production and customer commitments.
