Key Responsibilities: . Lead the technical planning and delivery of IT infrastructure projects including system upgrades, migrations, new deployments and vendor coordination. . Drive continuous improvement of IT infrastructure across servers, networks and cloud platforms to enhance reliability, performance, security and scalability. . Serve as the escalation point for complex IT infrastructure issues, and provide hands-on technical guidance and mentoring to Systems Engineers. . Partner with departments and ministries to deliver the IT infrastructure needed for high-demand and large-scale church initiatives and events. . Support colleagues with day-to-day IT requests and work closely with vendors to ensure routine maintenance, deployments and system upkeep are carried out well.
