A leading European PE firm focused on investing in software and technology-enabled businesses. The firm specialises in backing high‑growth B2B SaaS companies, particularly in sectors like enterprise software, fintech, legal tech, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities + Requirements

  • Act as the senior escalation point for L2/L3 service desk incidents, owning issues end‑to‑end through resolution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, networking, and endpoint management environments
  • Manage and support the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD, covering licensing, policy configuration, and conditional access
  • Disciplined with ITSM tooling - logs accurately, manages SLAs, and documents findings for the benefit of the wider team
