Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead (Sitecore) to provide technical leadership across the design, delivery, and optimisation of Sitecore-based digital experiences. You will guide engineering standards, shape solution architecture, and work closely with product, UX, and delivery teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Sitecore solutions, from discovery and architecture through to build, release, and support.
• Own technical direction, coding standards, and best practice across the team; conduct code reviews and mentor engineers.
