Autodesk Customer Success is looking for highly motivated technical experts to help our customers optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes.

This role supports AECO technologies for large‑scale enterprise customers worldwide. You will work within the Proactive Support group of the Customer Technical Success team.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as the technical point of contact, coordinating activities with the Customer Success Manager and Technical Adoption Specialist.
• Prioritize handling and escalation of critical issues and monitor service level compliance.
• Provide technical assistance and recommendations for Enterprise Customers based on data analytics.
