Scope

The primary task of the Senior Technical Engineer is to render product and application-related technical assistance and support to internal and external customers. You will be working closely with the front‑line team and will be involved in the development, implementation, organization, maintenance, and updating of all technical‑related matters. The Senior Technical Engineer is expected to be a team player and is responsible to ensure the effectiveness of the Technical team.

• Plan, execute, manage and continue to improve the Technical & QA/QC functions.
• Comply, execute, maintain & update QA/QC processes.
• Ensure that QA/QC team meets external and internal audit requirements.
