Role Summary
We are looking for a new colleague in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The APAC Technical Implementation Specialist team handles product installations and troubleshooting assistance for clients across APAC. The team supports LSEG desktop, server, transaction, and market data products.
Daily Tasks
- Deliver product installations, migrations, and implementations using globally consistent methodologies, project plans, and SOWs
- Act as a domain expert (SME), representing the TIS team in cross‑functional initiatives and providing input to QA and Development teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues to minimize client impact, including support for ProCare tailored solutions
- Drive process improvement, innovation, and operational optimization, supported by KPI reporting and performance tracking
