We **create learning strategies that align to Red Hat’s go-to-market priorities** , ensuring our sales, technical, services, and partner teams can consistently communicate business value across the customer journey.

We **partner with global and regional sales leaders** to design, deliver, and measure enablement programs that accelerate adoption, drive growth, and strengthen Red Hat’s differentiation in the market.
