Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years in a Technical Project Manager or IT Project Manager role
• Strong background in software development is highly preferred— ability to participate in technical discussions, validate effort estimates, and communicate effectively with engineering teams
• Proven experience in workload planning, capacity management, budget tracking, and prioritization across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Strong roadmapping capabilities — able to build, maintain, and clearly communicate delivery roadmaps to technical teams and senior stakeholders
