Job Description
Position Summary Recruit highly qualified candidates for a variety of position types. This role will work to fill contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions to meet clients technical staffing needs. The Technical Recruiter role may be filled at the Technical Recruiter, Senior Technical Recruiter or Technical Recruiter Lead levels based on qualifications and outcomes. Outcomes and expectations for this role will be negotiated with the direct manager, including but not limited to revenue targets and headcount targets. Position Responsibilities Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to other members of recruiting team Assist Recruiting Manager / Branch Manager branch leadership with related duties as requested Recruit Consultant and Direct Hire Candidates Source active and passive candidates through various means including: referrals, events, social media, resume databases, and the creation and placement of advertising.
