Position Overview

As a Technical Writer / Senior Technical Writer at LTSCT, you will be responsible for developing high-quality product documentation that supports semiconductor hardware, software, and firmware solutions. This role requires the ability to understand complex technical concepts—spanning semiconductor technologies, associated subsystems, and software/firmware workflows—and translate them into clear, concise, user-focused content.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and globally distributed teams to gather information, structure documentation, and ensure consistency across deliverables. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong proficiency in structured authoring (DITA), single-sourcing methodologies, and documentation lifecycle management using CCMS platforms.
