• Ability to perform hands‑on maintenance for general landscape and curated landscape e.g. bonsai and shrubs
• Perform routine landscape inspection and report any defects to superior
• Escort vendors/service partners for landscape, pest control and irrigation maintenance services
• Ensure quality works are be carried out based on SOPs, Guidelines, and Standards
• Assist in operation and maintaining the irrigation system
• Carry out simple administrative updates in system
• Perform Inventory stock checks, store management, equipment checks.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as required, including assisting other facilities department team members

Education & Certification

• At least ‘N’ level or higher level will be an advantage
• Possess NEA certificate in Pest management will be an advantage
