• Repair, replace, troubleshoot, test and calibrate a variety of Transmission Systems
• Provide technical assistance and resolution for transmission problems related to Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)
• Carry out transmission component assembly according to process instructions
• Modify mechanical parts and assemblies to correct functional deviations
• Review and monitor work in progress, including field investigations, to ensure compliance with approved scope of works, specifications and standards
• Gather and analyze failure patterns and trends to provide MRO enhancement for all levels of repair
• Provide good customer service by attending to customers’ queries and job status reporting
