Description:• Proficient and technically able to perform the following tasks:
- Conduct daily process checks for NDT, X-ray, and welding lines.
- Cleaning/Masking of NDT parts prior to inspection
- Ensure the correct selection of equipment and materials for welding processes.
- Perform TIG welding repair on part
- Process and inspect TIG-welded and NDT/X-ray components.
- Interpretation of Code, Standards, and Specifications
- Interpret results, analyze test data and images to identify possible defects, issues and material
inconsistencies.
- Record results in accordance with applicable acceptance criteria
- Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures for special processes
- Upkeep of process system and testing equipment to ensure its continuous operations in compliance to approved customer documents criteria<...
