Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities - Assist with site walkthroughs and coordination with tenants contractors for unit setup, renovation, and reinstatement works.
- Carry out routine upkeep and minor repair tasks for building systems including HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and sanitary fittings.
- Perform scheduled servicing of kitchen hood filters, specifically for F&B tenants.
- Conduct regular checks on public and back-of-house areas to identify and report maintenance issues such as power trips, leaks, or cooling faults.
- Monitor and update maintenance logs, weekly building condition reports, and monthly inspection records.
- Check and maintain fire safety equipment including extinguishers, hose reels, and dry risers to ensure compliance and readiness.
