Partnered with my client who are a Developer who are based in Cornwall and looking for a Senior Technologist/Technician to as their technical team develops further in their Architectural offering.

This is a genuine route out of traditional practice and into the Developer side of the business, ideal for an experienced Technician or Technologist, or Architect ready to broaden their scope beyond pure design and into the commercial realities of a development focussed practice.

What you'll be doing:

Leading the production of feasibility layouts, house types, and standard design details

Preparing and coordinating drawings and documentation for planning and building control submissions, including liaison with relevant authorities

Managing site queries and RFIs

Coordinating consultant information and reviewing manufacturer/subcontractor details

Overseeing project documentation and drawing registers
