To own and produce high-quality technical specifications that enable delivery teams (including the AI, BPMN, Digital, Document Management, Integration & Persistence Teams ) to implement consistent, secure, and scalable solutions across the Digital Layer , API Gateway Layer , and downstream microservices/integration touchpoints . The role ensures requirements are translated into implementable designs (API contracts, integration specifications, data models, non‑functional requirements) and remain traceable through build, test, and release.
