Senior Test Development Engineer – East Sussex

A state‑of‑the‑art test equipment and software environment is available for a motivated, technically minded engineer. The role is located in East Sussex (commutable from Eastbourne, Bexhill, Hastings, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Heathfield, Uckfield, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Brighton, Newhaven and Seaford) and will report to the Test Engineering Section Head.

Main Responsibilities

• Agree test strategy for product and work closely with the Section Head and team to develop innovative, cost‑effective test methodology based on volume and complexity of product.
• Implement ATE level solutions, design and develop software (C#, Visual Basic legacy) and fixtures.
• Provide production technical support for the test solution.
• Provide test support for the site’s cost‑reduction initiatives.
