We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Test Manager to lead our comprehensive validation efforts for next-generation AI Servers and Networking products. This is a critical leadership role based in our Penang HPS facility, responsible for overseeing multiple specialized test functions, including Signal Integrity (SI), System Integration Testing (SIT), and Reliability.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned technical leader with a deep understanding of AI hardware architecture and high-speed networking design. You will be tasked with managing a large, multi-disciplinary validation team, driving continuous process improvements, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance and stability before reaching the global market.
