We’re looking for a Training Operations Specialist to join our newly established Quality & Capability Development (QCD) team. This vital role supports the planning, delivery, and evaluation of employee learning programs across the company by managing learning systems, analytics, logistics, and content development. The role collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) to co-create high‑impact internal training materials and deliver the training content, ensuring a seamless learner experience and data‑driven outcomes.
