Are you a seasoned UX Writer who is passionate about delivering elevated digital experiences through useful, meaningful copy? One of Critical Mass' clients is looking for a Senior UX Writer who is exceptional at driving the direction of content and creating cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touch points. Our team works across the client's transactional projects, touching everything from complex user flows to micro copy.

What You’ll Do

• Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective copy concepts (incl. translate complex or technical topics into clear, accessible language)
• Own the strategy and execution of transactional copy across email, SMS, in‑app messaging, and emerging channels
• Write and optimise transactional content (checkout flows, order confirmations, shipping updates, error states, account notifications)
