About the Role

The Senior Vendor Manager is a strategic program leader responsible for the long-term health, evolution, and roadmap of the program’s outsourced ecosystem. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, managing complex, high-impact partnerships across Customer Support and Enforcement teams. While maintaining operational excellence with our partners, your primary focus is driving the What’s Next for the program—navigating ambiguity, leading strategic workstreams, and identifying opportunities for global transformation.
