We are seeking on behalf of our client for an experienced credit professional to join their investment and lending platform, focusing on structured and bespoke financing opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region.
The successful candidate will play a leading role in originating, structuring, evaluating and executing complex credit transactions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to deliver tailored financing solutions.
This role is suited for an individual with deep credit expertise, strong financial and accounting acumen, and proven experience in structuring transactions beyond traditional corporate lending. Exposure to private credit, structured finance, special situations, asset-backed lending, or leveraged financing is highly desirable.
