We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Client Processing Manager to join our UK Transfer Agency Operations team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage Client Processing activities through other managers or a large team of senior professionals.
• Serve as a top level of support for external clients who could not have problems resolved at a lower level.
• Ensuring that the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards and is properly reviewed and documented. Identify and implement process improvements to improve the experience for all stakeholders
• Recruit, direct, motivate and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
