Position Summary

To oversee strategic business initiatives, support the Founder & CEO in Corporate Development and Strategic Initiatives, provide assistance during board meetings, and lead key strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop, communicate, execute, and sustain corporate strategic initiatives, conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks, and collaborate with executive team members to determine & prioritize business strategies. Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, President and Senior Management.
• Financial Modelling: Lead the development & maintenance of complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, provide financial insights & recommendations to the CEO and executive team, and conduct financial analysis & resourcing.
