Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of luxury weddings.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their vision
• Create detailed project timelines, checklists, and execution plans
• Collaborate with internal design and production teams for theme and concept development
• Manage and coordinate with vendors – decor, catering, logistics, entertainment, and more
• Prepare and manage event budgets; track costs and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Supervise on-site setup, rehearsals, and event-day operations
• Handle crisis management and provide quick solutions during events
• Mentor and manage junior planners and execution staff
• Conduct post-event reviews and ensure timely vendor payments and client feedback

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in wedding/event planning
