Senior Wellness Therapist / Outlet Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional scalp analysis and scalp wellness assessments using specialized equipment.
• Deliver premium scalp therapy, head spa and wellness treatments according to company SOP.
• Apply scalp treatment products, hair growth serums and wellness solutions as prescribed.
• Educate customers on scalp health, hair care routines and post-treatment maintenance.
• Monitor customers' treatment progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment and tools are properly sanitized and maintained.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support consultants and outlet management in delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Attend training programs conducted by local management and China HQ.
