Core Responsibilities

• Order Management & Fulfillment: Oversee the full Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle for designated portfolios—including specialized outsourcing and sub-contracts—while tracking Supplier OTIF metrics.
• Strategic Sourcing & Contracts: Design commercial sourcing blueprints to secure cost savings, mitigate inflation, and negotiate supply contracts to improve lead times and financial terms.
• Data Automation & Analytics: Create automated purchasing dashboards and data models using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI/Power Automate) to streamline workflows.
• Vendor & Dispute Resolution: Supervise external service providers, assess their performance, and partner cross-functionally (Planning, Quality, Finance) to resolve Work Order (WO) versus PO discrepancies.
