YOUR MISSION
Follow up on all Material Developments and approvalsLiaise with overseas material team for fabric approvals & also for discussing any technical issues. Review colors as per requirements & liaise with suppliers on approvals & technical discussionsCollect approved quality swatches & distribution according to the calendar. Follows through seasonal sampling requirements as per development calendar.Recommend substitute/better fabrics, wherever possible in order to have better product at better pricesResearch new trends & work with key suppliers to get seasonal collections. Maintain Library for new collections, seasonal hangers & for approved swatchesProactive approach in foreseeing any technical issues related to material & suggesting technical solutions to overcome thatFollows through with suppliers/garment vendors ensuring bulk fabric deliveries.
