Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong working relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Source, evaluate, and establish new relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure sufficient resources for all projects, while continuously improving pricing, quality, and service standards. Lead supplier and contract negotiations, with a strong understanding of commercial terms, cost structures, and competitive pricing relevant to building and construction projects. Ensure all project-related purchases are executed in a timely, accurate, flexible, and cost-effective manner in accordance with project requirements and timelines.
