About the Role

We are on a mission to raise the standard of education provided to young people with SEND, SEMH and other needs. You will plan and deliver flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring for pupils and students ranging from KS1 – KS5 who are referred by local authorities and schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional mentoring and CPD support using the TES CPD suite.
• Support the SEND team to maintain a cohesive support environment around each learner.
• Participate in community and company events to share knowledge and resources.
• Assist with referral programmes to reward successful tutor referrals.
• Plan and report lessons, delivering flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring for pupils with SEND and SEMH needs across KS1‑KS5.
