+ Provides guests with service by acknowledging and welcoming guests entering the casino and assigned areas, promptly taking and serving orders, responding to guest requests, and collecting and processing payment and returning change following established procedures.

+ Promotes guest relations by responding to guest requests, offering appropriate up to date information regarding promotional contests and giveaways, providing requested assistance, and treating guests in a friendly and courteous manner. - 15%
