Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction:
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and dietary restrictions.
- Make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
Order Taking:
- Accurately take food and drink orders using Toast POS system.
- Communicate special requests and dietary restrictions to the kitchen and bar staff.
Service Delivery:
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional items when appropriate
Team Collaboration:
- Assist other servers and staff during busy periods.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
