Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Interaction:

    • Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
    • Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and dietary restrictions.
    • Make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
  2. Order Taking:

    • Accurately take food and drink orders using Toast POS system.
    • Communicate special requests and dietary restrictions to the kitchen and bar staff.
  3. Service Delivery:

    • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
    • Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional items when appropriate
  4. Team Collaboration:

    • Assist other servers and staff during busy periods.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
