Job Description

Main Responsibilities of Serving Staff:

  • Cashiering - Handling orders over the telephone, in person and over the tablets.
  • Taking orders and delivering food and beverages -to go and dine in.
  • Helping guests with menu recommendations.
  • Providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware.
  • Communicating order details to the kitchen staff.
  • Checking ID's to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages.
