**Opportunity**

Ensure that all guests are served to the standard in the Restaurant / Bar /Banquetareas. Takes orders for, serves (where applicable, prepares) food and beverages to guests as per the standards in a friendly,timelyand efficient manner.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.

+ Suggest food and beverages to the guestutilizingappropriate methodsto upsell.

+ Take food and beverage orders from the guestand accuratelyenter intoPointof sale (POS) system.

+ Greets guests and presents them with the menuwhen applicable.

+ Process payment transactions.

+ Clear and reset table settings and linens, as needed.
