Responsibilities
- Administrative & Excel Documentation: Prepare and issue service‑related documents and maintain accurate daily repair records for both USJ and Rawang branches.
- After‑Sales Service Coordination: Contact customers to gather machine information, coordinate and arrange machine collection with customers.
- Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
- Provide customer support and communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance when necessary.
- Work with flexible hours and accommodate a changing schedule.
Requirements
Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills. Able to work independently without much supervision.
