Service Administrator – HVAC Services

Core are currently working with a well-established national organisation within the building services and HVAC sector to recruit a Service Administrator, based near Perth CBD.
This position supports a busy service division specialising in HVAC maintenance and minor works and would suit someone who enjoys ownership of invoicing and thrives in a structured, detail-driven environment.
The Role
The core focus of this role is service invoicing. You’ll work closely with technicians and internal stakeholders to prepare accurate invoices for client approval by reviewing job notes, labour hours, and supporting documentation.
While the role is part of a national support function, the initial focus will be WA, with exposure to other states (VIC, NSW, QLD) as the business requires.
