We are working with a Commercial / LCV Garage who are actively looking for a Service Advisor to join there friendly team. Cowfold / Horsham area of West Sussex.
Job Role – Commercial / HGV / LCV Service Advisor
Salary – circa 24k / OTE 28k
Service Advisor Duties include:
Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional mannerAdvise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertakenSell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needsAdvise on timescales and collection arrangementsProduce job cards on in-house computer systemUpdate customer and vehicle recordsDocument all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policyPreparation and completion of invoices For this Service Advisor p...
